BOOTCAMP, YOGA & MOBILITY CLASSES

Xcel Fitness has a large space dedicated solely to our group classes. We offer small class sizes, which means individual attention. They are offered at convenient time choices throughout the day. All our classes are all taught by certified personal trainers.

Boot Camp is a great class for the novice or experienced individual. It primarily uses body weight versus gravity exercises with short bouts of cardiovascular activity to deliver a balanced and full-body workout.

Vinyasa Yoga: Also called ‘flow yoga,’ this sweat-inducing style is ideal for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Vinyasa is all about continuous movement — and most importantly, matching that movement with breath. The continual flowing movements of vinyasa yoga help stretch and elongate your muscles while they are being strengthened, allowing you greater mobility and range of motion.

High intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all out, 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. These classes are a little bit shorter than the bootcamp classes we offer. If you’re looking to maximize your time and energy, HIIT is the way to go!

Classes are always fresh, new, and exciting. All moves are easily modified for individuals with movement restrictions or made more challenging with variations to give everybody the workout they desire.
